Bush camcorder battery OB-19 6v
I'm sure the second battery is the correct one, as far as I can tell from your photos the locating lugs are all correct, the dimensions of this battery are 88 x 45 x 19mm if this helps confirm. Most of the older 6v camcorders use this type of battery in one form or another so I'm as sure as I can be that this is correct. Click here for details.
